Brick & Story is working with a team led by RHI to support the Prince George’s County Planning Department in their efforts to develop a new sector plan for Port Towns. Brick & Story is serving as the main community engagement strategy and implementation lead. Our tasks will include the development of an engagement strategy in both English and Spanish and stakeholder mapping. We will assist with the invitation, design,  and facilitation of stakeholder focus groups, community open houses, and community workshops. We will also support in the formation and guidance of a steering group and stakeholder group to support the planning process and eventual implementation of the new plan.
