Brick & Story supported the Montgomery County Green Bank’s efforts to better define its mission and story, and to strategize new ways to share its story with its target customer base. Services included a review and assessment of the bank’s existing marketing materials (website, newsletter, etc.) and interviews with staff and board members. The fina product consisted of both a comprehensive assessment of its current approach and strategy recommendations for enhancement of existing systems and additions for new systems/tools, particularly around stakeholder outreach.
