Brick & Story is supporting the Washington Housing Conservancy as it defines and develops its social impact strategy. Services include strategy development, small and large group meeting facilitation, stakeholder outreach, and training development and implementation to support resident stewards and social impact team members in developing community network building and inclusive property management skills.

Brick & Story has also offered on the ground coaching for community engagement implementation, team formation strategy, and community network building across the diverse portfolio of 4 properties in DC, Virginia, and Maryland.
