Brick & Story is providing engagement strategy and implementation services for the proposed redevelopment of the Martin’s View Apartments, a ~150 garden-style apartment community in the Bellevue community of Southwest, DC.  The proposed redevelopment includes a Planned Unit Development (PUD) proposal to increase the density of the site to ~800 mixed-income units with added resident and community amenities including fitness centers, a business center, a community day care, and improved access to Fort Greble Park located directly behind the property.  Brick & Story’s services include resident engagement, engagement with the ANC and broader community stakeholders, and management of the PUD application in partnership with the client’s zoning counsel.
