Brick & Story worked with HR&A Advisors to support the Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC) with a strategic plan for its Emerging Technology Centers (ETC). Brick & Story convened key stakeholders to better understand their perspectives on how ETC might adapt or shift its mission and services to better fill the gaps of the technology and innovation ecosystem in Baltimore and beyond. Our engagement work included both targeted focus groups and individual interviews with key stakeholders. Interviews were conducted both in-person during site visits and virtually. Brick & Story also created comprehensive summaries to support the final recommendations provided to the client.
