Brick & Story supported Jon Stover & Associates (JS&A) in their Assessment and Strategic Recommendations for the DMPED Great Streets Grant Program through stakeholder engagement. The team worked to analyze a variety of program characteristics, in order to make strategic recommendations about future adjustments to the grant program. Brick & Story supported this effort through interviews with businesses, property owners, and contractors who have undergone or participated in recent renovations to gather first hand experiences that support national and local data collected.
