RFK Campus Master Plan

Brick & Story led engagement strategy and implementation for the Master plan processes for the RFK stadium site. Working on a team led by Gensler, we supported DMPED and the DC Office of Planning to offer recommendations for future redevelopment for the plan area. Engagement services include strategy design, stakeholder mapping, and implementation of various public engagements including community walkshops, pop-ups, workshops, focus groups, site activations, and virtual convenings. Implementation efforts to support these activities included Run of Show development, site identification for in person convenings, process management, and feedback collection. We also supported the development of some communications content as part of the scope.
