Dix Edge Corridor Study

Brick & Story provided strategic storytelling services for the Dix Edge Area Study for the City of Raleigh, NC. Working in partnership with lead master planner, RHI, Brick & Story conducted research on the neighborhood’s history and developing a narrative that can be used to uplift the significant history in this community, uplift the diverse communities that exist here and their contributions over time, and amplify the need to protect the most vulnerable populations in the study area as redevelopment continues to encroach on this community. Brick & Story also provided branding consultation services for this project and worked in collaboration with RHI to develop a project branding scheme, including logo and tagline, that could be used throughout the planning process.
