Brick & Story is leading engagement strategy and implementation for the Environmental Assessment and Master plan processes for Poplar Point. Working on a team led by HR&A Advisors and which includes AECOM, we are supporting DMPED, the DC Office of Planning, and the National Park Service’s efforts to evaluate the existing environmental conditions and offer recommendations for future redevelopment for portion of Poplar Point.

Engagement services include strategy design, stakeholder mapping, and implementation of various public engagements including community walkshops, pop-ups, workshops, focus groups, site activations, and virtual convenings. Implementation efforts to support these activities include Run of Show development, site identification for in person convenings, process management, and feedback collection. We are also supporting development of select communications content as part of the scope.
