Brick & Story is supporting Montgomery Planning with their Urban Design Study for Friendship Heights. This study is a precursor to a sector plan, working to better understand the needs and interests of the community so that they can be better incorporated into the early stages of the planning process. Brick & Story is providing engagement strategy tools and advisory services to ensure engagement reaches a wide range of stakeholders. Our team is supporting the Montgomery Planning team in a variety of tasks, including stakeholder mapping, survey design, pop-ups and flyering, and community open house design and facilitation.
