Brick & Story worked with JS&A to provide a Market Snapshot to the Friendship Heights Alliance as part of their efforts to better understand challenges, strengths, and opportunities from a variety of stakeholders. Brick & Story specifically supported this process through the facilitation of four focus groups that sought to understand the priorities and pain points for transforming Friendship Heights into a thriving community. Responsibilities included stakeholder mapping, inviting key stakeholders to each group, developing a set of questions for engagement, designing mural boards for interactive virtual discussion, and providing a final report that summarized key findings.
