Brick & Story provided community and stakeholder engagement strategy and implementation services to support the DC Office of Planning’s efforts to develop design and zoning recommendations for the Connecticut Avenue and Wisconsin Avenue corridors in Northwest, Washington, DC as the implementation to the District’s Comprehensive Plan. Working as part of a larger consulting team that included public space planning, retail and market analysis, housing market analysis, and land planning, Brick & Story designed engagement opportunities, including community walks, focus groups, and community workshops to collect input and recommendations that can inform design and zoning regulations.
