Brick & Story supported the National Landing BID on stakeholder engagement as it conducted the annual update to its Strategic Plan. As part of this effort, Brick & Story worked with the National Landing BID to design an engagement process that convened core industry stakeholders, the NLBID Board of Directors, Arlington County, and the broader public in a meaningful way in order to help NLBID define and shape its organizational focus areas for the next year. Engagement tools included focus groups, stakeholder interviews, digital engagement opportunities, and workshops.
