Athletic Fields Usage Study

Brick & Story designed and facilitated a series of focus groups to solicit customer input to inform the update to Montgomery County’s Athletic Fields Usage Policy. The focus groups centered on gathering customer sentiment on existing policies, including positives and negatives about those polices, and understanding ways that the policies and existing field sites could be improved for the future. Focus groups included 8-15 participants and were conducted in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format, and participants were solicited from across the County’s user groups with a range of diversity in sport type, demographics, and geographic location.
