Brick & Story worked with Montgomery Planning to support their engagement efforts for the Eastern Silver Spring Communities Master Plan. The master plan area includes a large number of multifamily communities and high ethnic diversity. Brick & Story provided a community engagement strategy and stakeholder mapping to ensure inclusivity and capture feedback from the diverse community voices. Brick & Story also supported engagement implementation, including pop-ups, door knocking, and focus groups to better understand the nuances of needs and interests arising from community members. Additionally, Brick & Story utilized its bilingual team to ensure high quality engagement opportunities are offered in Spanish to the large Spanish-speaking population in the study area.
