Brick & Story supported Volunteers of America (VOA) in refining its program and vision for its future headquarters and supporting senior housing development by designing and facilitating two (2) stakeholder sessions. The first session convened stakeholders within the VOA to better define how programmatic needs could be best served by the space. The second session convened external stakeholders, including local government representatives and nonprofit partners, to explore outside perspectives on how VOA could create learning and partnership opportunities around health/wellness and senior housing through the redevelopment.
