Great Streets Stakeholder Engagement
Brick & Story supported Jon Stover & Associates (JS&A) in their Assessment and Strategic Recommendations for the DMPED Great Streets Grant Program through stakeholder engagement.
New Carrollton Connectivity Study
Brick & Story worked alongside RHI to support the development of the improved connectivity at key nodes within the City of New Carrollton.
Pathways to Inclusion
Brick & Story partnered with HR&A Advisors to update Pathways to Inclusion, a report commissioned by the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning & Economic Development (DMPED) and the DC Economic Partnership (WDCEP), a report evaluating the local tech economy, where strides had been made since the initial report, and where opportunities for improvement existed.
Greenleaf Gardens Redevelopment
Brick & Story provided facilitation strategy and implementation services to support Pennrose’s engagement efforts with residents of Greenleaf Gardens as they developed a refined project concept to submit to the DC Housing Authority for review and final approval.
Barry Farms Redevelopment
Brick & Story supported POAH on the redevelopment of Barry Farm by providing a communication/engagement strategy, stakeholder relationship management, and community partner identification and coordination services.
DC Green Bank
Brick & Story supported stakeholder engagement efforts for the DC Green Bank. Services included stakeholder engagement strategy and outreach, along with the design and facilitation of engagement touch points such as online focus groups.
Montgomery County Green Bank
Brick & Story supported the Montgomery County Green Bank’s efforts to better define its mission and story, and to strategize new ways to share its story with its target customer base.
Prince George’s County Multicultural Center
Brick & Story supported Delta Associates in providing stakeholder engagement services to evaluate interest in and feasibility for a proposed multicultural center for Prince George's County.
Morgantown Comprehensive Plan
Brick & Story provided community engagement strategy and implementation services for the development of the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Morgantown, WV and the update to the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) for Monongalia County, WV.
Takoma Park Recreation Center
Brick & Story partnered with the City of Takoma Park, MD to provide community engagement services for the redevelopment of the Takoma Park Recreation Center.
Nightlife Economy Study
Brick & Story supported JSA and The Javera Group by providing facilitation design and implementation services for Washington, DC’s first study on the Nightlife Economy.
Park View Story Lab
Brick & Story worked in collaboration with Ghost Note Agency, a DC- based digital media company and a partner on the New Communities Initiative project, to develop the Park View Story Lab, a year-long effort to collect and creatively share personal narratives from residents in the Park View neighborhood of Northwest, Washington, DC.
Spring Flats
Brick & Story designed an engagement effort for Victory Housing’s Spring Flats project. Utilizing a grassroots door-knocking strategy, Brick & Story was able to relay pertinent project information to impacted residents and solicit letters of support for the project’s zoning application.
